Interview with Nina Lamprecht
Interview der Frankfurter Neue Presse
FNP: You are a very communicative person, as you say. But didn?t the first calls make you speechless???
Answer NL: No, not at all, after working 18 years at the airport in Passenger service, I know very well how to calm and help people. The most important thing is to listen, and take every concern serious.
You know the retention of the citizens against the expansion of the Airport, and the concerns they still have, that this airport was sold to Netjets. Did they prepare you with this kind of situation?
Yes of course!
Do you see yourself in the position of a lightning road?
I see myself in the role, of being there for the concerns of the people, listen to them, and hopefully to be able to help and solve most of the problems.
What kind of questions, critics and encouragement have you been confronted yet?
Most questions are of course about Air traffic, flight path and flying altitude.
Did you had any positive reaction at all, about the airport?
Yes I did. People see, that we keep our promises, and an airport always has and will attract people.
Did you talk to Mr de las Heras, speaker of BI at all?
Yes, I did., several times. In April, when I was still working for regional television , I also did a broadcast , and Mr de las Heras was one of my talk guest.
You still have your office next to your Managing Director Mr Lehmann, when are you going to move into the new Netjets location?
We will move into the new airbos building sometimes in July. We, means, the people from the old office building.
To whom do you report, in your role as Airport speaker, to Mr Lehmann or Mr Scott Forbes.?
As we are a Team, we discuss everything in our Management Meetings.
